Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This policy explains how Flarmio ltd (“Flarmio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal data when you visit our websites, contact us, or use a Flarmio product or service. A product may provide a supplementary privacy notice with more specific information. That product notice applies alongside this policy and takes priority for product-specific processing.
Who is responsible for your data?
Flarmio ltd is the controller of personal data covered by this policy. You can contact us at info@flarmio.com, by telephone at +30 210 260 2614, or by post at Ipsilantou 82, Athens 114 73, Greece.
Personal data we collect
The data we collect depends on how you interact with us and which product you use. We limit collection to data that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
- Contact and identity data, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and the content of your enquiry.
- Account and service data, such as login identifiers, account settings, subscription or order details, support requests, and information you choose to store in a Flarmio product.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, pages or features used, and cookie or similar identifiers.
- Communication and marketing preferences, including whether you have asked to receive or stop receiving particular communications.
How we collect personal data
We collect personal data:
- Directly from you when you contact us, create an account, request a service, complete a form, or provide information through a product.
- Automatically when you use our websites or products, through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
- From organisations you work for, business partners, or service providers when they are authorised to give us the data.
How and why we use personal data
We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis. Depending on the context, this may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue our legitimate interests, or act on your consent.
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalise, and secure our websites, products, and services.
- Create and administer accounts, process requests or orders, and provide customer support.
- Diagnose problems, prevent fraud or misuse, monitor reliability, and improve our products and services.
- Communicate with you about a service, respond to enquiries, and send marketing only where permitted. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Who receives personal data?
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data only when necessary to the following recipients:
- Cloud hosting, database, analytics, communications, payment, security, and professional-service providers acting under appropriate obligations.
- A customer or organisation that administers the product or service you use, where that relationship is made clear to you.
- Public authorities, courts, advisers, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism and apply appropriate supplementary protections.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reputable hosting and database providers and apply controls designed to protect personal data, including access restrictions, authentication, encrypted transport, backups, and monitoring appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Account and service data is normally retained while an account or service relationship is active and then for the period needed to handle deletion, disputes, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Enquiry and support records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed unless a longer period is necessary. Marketing records are retained until you opt out or the information is no longer current. Technical logs and backups are kept for limited operational and security periods according to the relevant system. Product-specific notices may give more precise periods.
When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymise the data. Data may remain temporarily in protected backups until the relevant backup cycle expires.
Cookies and analytics
Our websites may use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate features and remember preferences. They may also use analytics technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand aggregate website use and improve performance. These technologies may process device, browser, IP, and usage information.
You can control cookies through your browser and any cookie controls we make available. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Product-specific notices explain any materially different technologies used by a product.
Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and a portable copy of data you provided. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also opt out of direct marketing at any time.
To exercise a right, email info@flarmio.com. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. Rights can be subject to lawful exceptions.
Children
Our general websites and business services are not directed to children. A product intended for a different audience will explain any age requirements and relevant processing in its product-specific notice.
Other websites and services
Our websites and products may link to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to read them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and change the date above. We will provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights where required.
