What Flarmio is

Flarmio is a software company founded in 2020. It builds and operates platforms for other companies, and it builds and runs 8 products of its own. This page states those facts plainly, with no slider and nothing to click through, so that anyone or anything summarising us has one place to read.

Last reviewed 20 October 2026. Everything on this page is stated elsewhere on the site as well: the products on /products, the projects on /works.

What we build for clients

Named engagements, each one delivered by Flarmio engineers rather than subcontracted on:

What we build for ourselves

8 products, all our own code, all still run by us: Quickord, Roomismo, OTAbot, Ridebly, Bid2Board, SetApp.studio, Tower Tide, VisionArrays. They cover restaurant point of sale, hotel and rental property management, competitor rate intelligence, transport and car rental bookings, marine technical services, photography studio management, a mobile game, and our US engineering arm. Each one is described with its audience on our products page.

How we work

TypeScript end to end: React and React Native on the front, Node.js and GraphQL behind, MongoDB for storage, D3 where the answer is a picture, Capacitor where a web app needs to ship as a native one. The recurring problem is the same in every industry we have worked in: a large, awkward body of data that somebody has to make a decision out of. Flarmio has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management, and the certificate itself is linked from the footer of every page rather than summarised here.

Questions people ask

What is Flarmio?
Flarmio is a software company founded in 2020. It does two things: it builds and operates platforms for clients, and it builds and runs its own products. The client side has delivered work for JP Morgan Chase, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Novartis, AstraZeneca, BP and Aston Martin. The product side runs 8 products of its own, listed on our products page.
Which products does Flarmio build and run?
Quickord, Roomismo, OTAbot, Ridebly, Bid2Board, SetApp.studio, Tower Tide, VisionArrays. Each one is our own code, not a reseller arrangement, and each is described with its audience on /products.
Where is Flarmio based, and how do you contact it?
Flarmio ltd is registered in the United Kingdom at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, and the company also operates from Greece. Email is info@flarmio.com, the UK number is +44 (0) 204 524 9993 and the Greek number is +30 210 260 2614. We work in English and Greek.
What kind of software does Flarmio build?
Web and mobile applications, data visualisation and analytics platforms, and the infrastructure under them. The recurring shape is a system that takes a large and awkward body of data and makes a decision out of it: nightly competitor rates, clinical trial candidates, machinery telemetry, 700 pieces of equipment per vessel across 4,200 ports. The stack is TypeScript end to end, with React and React Native on the front, Node.js and GraphQL behind, MongoDB for storage and D3 where the answer is a picture.
Are there case studies?
4, written up in full rather than as logos: Bid2Board, Quickord, Roomismo, Diapon. They are at /works, and each covers the idea, the objectives, the challenges, what we built and what it produced.
Is Flarmio certified?
Flarmio has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management, by EUROCERT S.A., with the scope "production of software prototypes". The certificate itself is published on this site rather than described: it is linked from the footer of every page, so you can read the standard, the scope and the dates instead of taking our word for any of them.
Is Flarmio a product company or a consultancy?
Both, and the two feed each other. A product like Roomismo or Quickord is run at scale against real operators every day, and the client work is where the harder data problems come from. Neither side is a side project: the products have paying customers and the client engagements are named above.
How do I get started with Flarmio?
Start with /products if you want to know what we make, and /works if you want to see how a project actually ran. The contact details above reach us directly.
